My sister does hair and always trades with a facialist who always tries to get me to do either radio frequency and/or micro current add-ons.

I cannot figure out what these do for the skin, and she's kind of inept at explaining it to me.

I thought I'd list my issues here and you could tell me if I should even bother next time I go.

I'm 37 and I don't have many skin complaints. I've lost a little elasticity, but my pores are tight, skin is thick still, and if anything, I've lost some plumpness in my cheeks and undereye area that at some point I'll have to fill out a bit (in the far future). I have no wrinkles and my skin is usually dewy and bright, thanks to my trusty skin regimen.
My main concern is maintenance! I'm scared I'm going to wake up one day and age all the years I've miraculously not aging now.

What would either or these procedures do for me?

Ava - I'd do some basic facial exercise and massage if I were you. I know I've heard that microcurrent started early is helpful but I have no personal knowledge of this. Nonie has great success with CFF and you might enjoy doing Tanaka and some facial exercises.

It's a free add-on at a salon, I have to choose one! Any ideas about which one would benefit me? Unless you are saying that they are both bad and I should avoid them.
I already do facial exercises! Thanks!
