What do you use to let your skin slip and avoid skin resistance and possibly trauma?

Oils,Creams,Massage lotions or plain water?

I don't know if it matters but to be sure, why not ask the founder(s) of the program(s) you use?

When I started CFF, I just knew that I wanted my face slippery when sliding fingers against my skin. Because I don't use lotions, I knew it would be oil so I usually do CFF after an OCM while my face is still slippery. (I didn't even ask before doing this and I know now that with CFF having something on yor skin is not necessary and that some people, even maybe Carolyn, prefer nothing on the skin. Scroll down to the section under "Moisturizer" to see what she says at the following link: http://www.carolynsfacialfitness.com/facial-exercise-tips)

Tom on the other hand believes you should always have some sort of lube of your choice on your face when you exercise, and any of the options you list would be good choices. See the fourth paragraph at this link: http://www.shapeyourface.com/exercise_one.htm

Since chances of people have moisturizer on their skin at all times is more than likely, I suppose exercising a moisturized face without necessarily adding more moisturizer may be good enough.

Oils or a richer cream both work Panos. Not water. I'd say it depends upon your skin. I'm oily for the most part but I use whatever the oil or cream du jour is.
Oils may have more slip for some things and that may be a good thing.
