I started doing daily facial excersise where you push your jaw forward in position for 10 seconds. Any other excersises will help this target area? |

TBH, I don't think face exercises will give you good results or even really bring about the change you want if you do only those you believe are for your area of concern. For you to see a midface lift, all muscles connected to those in the midface need to be toned too...since your midface muscles aren't suspended in midair but are attached to others whose tone affects how they look.
So you should commit to a full program whose results on others resemble the change you want to see in yourself. Most programs show before/after results which can help you decide. Also I am sure if you consulted with the program owners, that could help you decide too. |

I think you should do facial massage for mid face lift without surgery. |
