i achieve good exfoliation with poppy seeds.
what do you use? |

I use a fresh facecloth when I wash my face at the end of each day with the same gentleness one might use to wipe a wet face to dry it, and that is all the "exfoliation" I do.
If I used to use an exfoliating product, like say Cure Natural Aqua Gel, I would do it once in a blue moon like bethany. IMO exfoliation done too frequently is bad for your skin. |

Currently using Queen Helene mint julep scrub
