I have lots of blackheads on nose and cheeks, and I had very high hopes for the OCM method. First, I started with a mix of Castor and EVOO all over my face. After a couple of days, I got some very scary acne between my nose and my left eye - the one area that is completely free of any blackheads or blemishes. I freaked out and left that area alone, now only focusing on my nose where blackheads are the worst. And that area doesn't react to OCM at all. NOT ONE of the blackheads seemed to ever budge. I tried lots of mixes with other oils - jojoba, tea tree, peach, etc, and continued my attempts for at least a month, but didn't have any results!
Anybody had a similar experience? Any advice how to make it work? Thanks! |

what i learned from ocm.
it will cause many many tiny bumps on constipated skin areas.so first remove the extra fluid with massage and diet and then you are free to go with ocm.
otherwise if you do straight ocm on constipated skin you will purge the hard and fast way. |

| But my problem is not purging! That happened on a little patch of clean skin(near my eye), but there is no result what so ever on my blackhead prone areas (nose and cheeks). Blackheads didn't get any less visible after a month of ocm attempts. There aren't any bumps or any sign of anything happening either. |
