Hello all:
I want to get serious now, and commit myself to doing facial massages in the morning and facial exercises at night. It becomes a little overwhelming when searching for the right techniques because there are so many!
I've heard good things about the Tanaka Massages. Will I be able to find all these massage techniques via youtube, or is there a dvd to purchase.
Also recommendations for facial exercises are welcomed. I'm trying to find something very straight forward, and I prefer a video.

When it comes to face exercises, I think the proof is in the pudding. With every program, there will be people who had good success and those who did not. Sometimes it is hard to know what to believe, but IMO pictures speak a thousand words.
I have read both positive and negative reviews of Tanaka and of Ageless making it difficult to know who to believe. Looking at the founders of the programs and their success IMO is not necessarily proof that you will get good results because it does not explain why some who did the program didn't have good results. I personally prefer to see evidence of good results from clients of the programs and the reason I mention Ageless is because I have at least seen the results of one person who does Tanaka along with that program and her results were impressive. I am talking about Sandooch. Rather than just sing praises of the program without any proof, she showed us her achievement with this combo in the thread below:

If you can find more pictorial evidence of what others have achieved with both Tanaka and a face exercise program, then I say you will be better informed on whether that would be a good combo. Otherwise everyone will tell you that the program they do is the best or else they would not be doing it. |

Yes, as Pandorita has mentioned you can find the Tanaka Massage through You Tube with no problem.
About facial exercises, I would recommend for free,www.shapeyourface.com ...
And "Ageless" exercises for the cheeks appear on a slightly diferent version here:

And if you do a search through YouTube you will certainly find many more exercises.
