I lost a bit of weight last year and I think its taken a bit of a toll on my boobs they aren't as firm as they were and the skin looks a little stretched and the start of stretchmarks are appearing. Slight dents within the skin. Does anyone know anything I could try on them? I was using palmer's firming butter on them every night for months but I swear it hasn't helped they still have appeared. Anyone got any ideas? |

My sister in law swore by using vaseline and pure shea butter mixed together helped remove her pregant stretch marks. |

Honestly, other than single needling and dermarolling I have never heard of any procedure that yields more than 20% improvement. Laser, topicals, massages etc. they all don't really do much. So go ahead and check out the link that VeronicaM posted, lots and lots of information there.
I have looked into this extensively (I used to get soooo depressed over my stretchmarks) and, I'm sorry to tell you, there is no cure. Your best bet right now is to try to prevent any new marks from forming. On the bright side, though, everyone has them, celebrities, models, even men. So don't be too hard on yourself, I know how down one can get.

an old Hispanic treatment for scarring was to take a large mother of pearl shell, put apple cider vinegar in it, allow the vinegar to get a pearl like sheen and rub the fluid onto the scar. Works for stretch marks also.

Exfoliation and then healthy building.
Take digestive enzymes on empty stomach 3-4 times a day(serrapeptase, nattokinase, ginger),preferably 30 minutes before meals.Bovine colostrum is said to reduce scar tissue long term. |
