Dear All,
Some how i have forgotten how to keep my face relaxed and balanced.Either i clinch my teeth
with my tongue trying to touch my throat(am so afraid one day iam gona swallow it),or i protrude my jaw outwards/downwards while frowning.
Also i seem to tense my neck muscles and push my face outwards while looking in to mirror.Have noticed i can't seem to keep my face still with my lips slightly opened either i clinch, squeeze lips together, frown, bit inner cheek skin with teeth or stick my jaw and chin out and downwards.
Is there any way any one can help me explain the proper facial posture i.e position of jaw, cheeks, lips and positioning of face with regards to neck muscles??
Take care all |
