| I personally don't wear any foundation. I use concealer and pressed powder to set it. I only cover the dark spots not the whole under eye part. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong? I've heard different things about how to conceal dark eye circles. Some say to only conceal the area that's dark. Some conceal under the entire eye from the inner corner to the outer one. Others conceal the whole eye including the upper eyelid. How do you conceal yours? |
