I ve been doing facial exercises for 7 months now and have seen some improvements in my eyes and cheeks. However, I haven't seen any changes in my marionette lines.....they actually look a bit deeper! Im starting to think facial exercises may not be for me. Has anyone found that any of the devices have given better results than facial exercises, in this area? |

i have not used machines just my own fingers. What I do is make the O face and then literally rub the "marionette area" vigorously. I can tell you I have been doing this for quite some time and I have no lines, not even really any fine lines around that area. When I start seeing them, I just rub them away again. HTH |

I won't make the judgment to abandon facial exercises based on your ML lines alone, as they are impacted by many things including hydration and salt levels, weight loss, if you sleep on your side with your face in the pillow, etc. The question is whether the facial exercise program you are doing is helping other areas. |
