| How helpful has PubMed been during your DIY journey? |

| I don't create my own products but I have found PubMed very helpful in determining what products are best for my skin. For example I learned that petroleum jelly is not occlusive and it aids in skin barrier repair. I also learned that sunflower seed oil can beneficial to our skin, olive oil damages the skin barrier, how castor seed oil works etc... Overall PubMed has been very helpful in helping me pare down my skin care routine to the most basic essentials. |
