I have excessively dry skin, which means applying once or twice a day. Because I need so much of it, I have two that I might recommend:
L'Occitane Ultra Rich Face Cream – which is 25 percent Shea butter which intensely nourishes dry and very dry skin
Dr Hauschka Melissa Day Cream – This is rich in medicinal herb extracts and lemon balm. This helps me get rid of my reddened skin while retaining moisture in dry areas |

There are many types of dry dehydrated skin. Your skin can be acne prone and still be dry, so you would use diff products than someone without acne.
Assuming you dont have acne, using a hyaluronic acid serum on clean skin followed by a product that prevents TEWL (transepidermal water loss) would be best.
Look for HA, ceramides, humectants, lactic acid, and oils. |
