I exfoliate and shower every other day. I started to use self-tans but now thinking of stopping as tanning means u cannot exfoliate once u tan otherwise tan fades.
SO although I exfoliate and have smooth skin, I still have lizard skin my legs :O |

I've made a very soothing kind of body scrub that helps me with dryness. I live in Alaska very cold and dry here however no over exposure to uv.
Anyways this is what I use:
Equal parts whole oats(not the quick oats)and organic brown sugar. Blend these two till oats are tiny pieces then stir in equal parts coconut oil and olive oil(cold pressed organic) sometimes I'll put in some of Jason's vit E oil also. I just use enough oil to make the oats and brown sugar wet enough to use easily in the shower:)
Not sure if this would over exfoliat your skin or mess with your self tanner.

| I use Aveeno body wash and exfoliate regularily. I use body oil and sometimes I mix body oil with body cream. |
