Hey everyone! Im new here and have been silently stalking and reading lots of posts. I was hoping to get some advice on how to get a good skincare regimen started. Im a 30 year old female with combination skin in the summer but dry skin in the winter. My pores are on the larger side and I have fine lines and some age spots. I'd like to reverse what I have and prevent future damage as much as possible. I have an SPF and a serum i put on at night that is supposed to help with damage (serious skincare). Thanks so much for your help Smile

sunscreen and serum is great ^_^

you could try adding some "tools and techniques" to your regimen

I personally don't have any at the moment but I really want to get microcurrent or light therapy device.

A lot of people here do massages, but I'd buy a book or DVD before just doing it...dont want to pull the muscles the wrong way!

Vitamins are good for the skin so you could get something based around that, I want to get sanitias vita rich serum - which would probably work for winter skin. Paluas choice Vitamin C serum is popular around youtube.

Those are my preferences : D hopefully it can spark some ideas for you?

Just remember to not go crazy with something or over it do it.

Thank you for your help! I will look into light therapy and microcurrent devices. Have you tried an exfoliation took such as Olay's proX or clarisonic?
Thanks again for your help Smile

I have the clarisonic mia, and I really like it. Though I wouldn't use it everyday, that's just me though, my skins sort of thin and it can feel a little tight if i use it all the time, but great for helping me getting my mak up off when i wear it.
