Havnt been on the forums for quite a while, but in the meantime have found a passion for various natural oils.

Probably for the last few years I have used either jojoba or coconut oil as a moisturiser and am pleased that they seem to protect the skin well.

Recently I have been using Manketti oil for my hair and think its great for my face too.

I always belive exfoliation is necessary...but we probably underestimate the effect of some oils.
