My STOP adapter went bye-bye. I think I loved it to death--smothered it like I used to do to LED adapters. Since the STOP is such a worldly device I can't get them to reply to my email. Do they speak an unknown language? Are they three days ahead of my time zone? I;m getting desperate, like thinking of taking it to Radio Shack for an adapter. You guys have all the answers. Someone was a Godsend when they told me to open a smartphone with my Refa Carat to see if it has microcurrent. What should I do?
THANKS! |

I think it is manufactured in Israel - so that would be Hebrew, but English is a commonly used language there, and I am sure they have staff who could respond to an email. |
