| I would like to make a lip plumper with Syncoll only its water soluble. Is there any way to turn the Syncoll into an oil soluble active? |

| You can use water soluble actives if you make a cream formulation with an emulsifier to mix the water and oil phases. And you would need a preservative. |

| Or, have you considered using DPHP (dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline)? Its an oil soluble peptide that plumps and stimulates collagen. You just melt it into the oil phase of your formula. |
