On another forum, someone posted in the message body about spider veins, that if you went to a place that removes hair that uses a gentle max..Candela Gentlemax..yag/alex/drode laser..that this laser also removes spider veins.
If you ask them to do your veins too, it only takes a minute and is way cheaper than going to a vein place.
Apparently, you still got to wear those super heavy duty compression stockings, 30 40 weight, for a few days..otherwise they come back, just like the other methods.. but that is ok by me.
I was going to buy an at home hair removal laser gadget anyway. I have been epilating for decades, and it just seems kinda dumb--just get a laser, eventually it will be gone on its own.
Right now, Costco has a Silk one on sale. It has good reviews..
But for the life of me, I can't tell the difference between a yag laser and other lasers.
And, if its only a few dollars more to get one that also will do spider veins, I want it!
So that is my question. Is there an at home yag laser?
I need a zapper. I am covered with veins. Now they are past my knees, I can't even wear a skirt! |
