I drink once or twice every day, in a glass of water, with maple syrup or honey added. Braggs, with "the mother" in it. It's a great digestive aid and super delicious. I have no idea if it helps my skin but I do get constantly told that I look 20 years younger than my age. I use it as a toner once or twice a week.

I had yellowish big toenails for years; they were very thick and hard and almost impossible to trim. Some kind of fungal thing, I imagine. I soaked my feet in acv for about an hour, 4 days in a row, and my nails turned clear, and I've never had the problem again. It's also excellent as a hair rinse - cured my dandruff several years ago and now I use it once a month or so as a preventative.

I just spray white vinegar on my yellowish toenail. It is easy and works rather well. My nail is pinkish again.

There is a lot of reviews on Makeupalley for ACV.
I have used it as a hair rinse. Diluted well. The smell does disappear. It really does smooth the cuticle. It works very well if you have itchy scalp.

While I have seen recipes for ACV toner, I have not tried it. I also have not drank it in a glass of water.

I'm only ever ingested AVC and used it to cleanse my hair (diluted) vs. applying it to my face. I worry that it would probably be too acidic.

But I found that it really works well in balancing my system, especially when I had issues with candida, and that my skin really benefitted.

I used about two teaspoons in glass of water.

Best of luck!

Apple Cider Vinegar can benefit your health in many ways. It contains antibacterial and antifungal properties that can help prevent acne and other skin infections, giving us healthy skin and complexion. It is also useful for the overall health of our skin.

Yes, I have try one before. Apple cider vinegar is very good for skin and is also very effective in treating skin problems like acne, pimples and other skin-related ailments. The acidity in the vinegar will dry out the blemish allowing new, healthy skin to take its place. Its properties help in protecting our skin from pollution and harmful bacteria. The only cons for me is its strong smell.
