Stress is one of the cause of acne and it can worsen other skin disorders. It is found out the when a person is stressed out, the body hormones fluctuate that can cause more oil secretion which later on lead to breakouts and acne formation. |

I believe stress is related to ageing, too. I don't know how to explain in scientific way, but from my own experience, stresses make my skin dull and lose vitality. |

Stress triggers some other factors that contribute to acne outbreaks. It can also give you wrinkles and accelerate the process of aging. It can contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle as well. Hence, make sure to find ways on how to control or manage stress. Yoga, exercise and sleep can really help a lot. |

Hello, everyone! I may agree that stress could have some indirect factors that may cause acne. However, we can control this triggering effects by getting enough sleep and drinking a lot of water. Maybe, we just have to manage and learn also to know how to control our stress. |

Hi, to add to all posts, acne breakouts as I have researched about is not a coincidence so I think we really have to be aware of stress management and foremost be extra careful on what we really eat and use that will directly affect our skin. |

Acne is definitely closely related to stress. For my case, my skin is quite clear and usually in good condition in my early career years. As time flies, the more I earn from my job (apparently with higher income), the higher chance for me to have acnes on my face. I hate that! Even if I can afford more expensive skincare stuff, my skin could not be restored to its original good condition. |

You'd be surprised at how many different things stress plays a part in. It's best to not give a crap about anything. (just kidding ) But find ways to release the stress...meditation works awesome for me. |
