After a bit of a break I've started to get into my skincare again...I've just ordered a load of stuff some of it I've not used before (careprost) but I like what I've read about it.
I tried a 0.5mm dermaroller in the past but found that quite painful so how I'll cope with the 1.5 I've ordered I don't know  I've also ordered a 1.5 dermastamp to target areas like between eyebrows round eyes.
Just started up with the retin a again, and waiting for my obagi 20% vit c serum to arrive.
I have read loads of info on here but hoped I could just put all I'm planning to do in one thread and get any feedback on it or improvements I can make or if I'm missing something? I think its easy to end up with so many products literally not enough time to use them.
My plan is vit c every morning
retin A every other night and the other nights nip+fab glycolic fix overnight serum (4%) so nothing major, aspirin mask once a week, ocm every 2 nights maybe every night?, dermarolling/stamp not sure on this one I've read with the 1.5you should leave a few weeks between treatments, I can use the 0.5 for product penetration.
I don't actually have a moisturiser as such just serums and I generally use oils for moisturiser coconut or argan.
Any further advice would be appreciated  |
