Dark spots are caused by many factors. It could be because of too much exposure to the sun or due to harmful free radical in the environment like pollution and chemicals. If you want to get rid of dark spots but doesn't want to spend too much for commercial products or medical treatments. Here are some simple home remedies your could try.
1. Use citric fruits or fruits rich in Vitamin C. Aside from being a natural bleaching agent applying citric fruits can also help in exfoliating the skin that will give way to new skin cells to build up.
2. Use oil with Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a great antioxidant and it helps lighten dark spots.
3. Use milk and honey mixture. Milk make the skin smooth and supple and honey is an antibiotic property preventing bacteria to form. |

Yes, there are lots of natural treatments for dark spots. These natural remedies can take a while to work but in the end they are all worth it. Tomato juice combined with lemon juice is of the best remedy that can lighten up blemishes and dark spots. Yogurt can also lighten brown spots in a natural way. |
