Crest has a variety of strips that work well. The types differ in how long you leave them on and how fast they work. If you have sensitive gums, go with those you leave on a shorter time. |

Thank you, Shasta. Crest seems to have a variety of choices. I am just kind of hesitant because of concern about sensitivity it might cause. I will look into what they have and probably they have less sensitive one. |

I agree with Shastagirl, have paid a bunch in the past at the dentist, but those little strips do a pretty good job! |

I regularly drink coffee and red wine and my absolute favorite is SuperSmile by Dr. Smigel.
I prerinse with his mouthwash which gets things started. Then I use his paste and gel on a dry brush for two minutes.
No sensitivity or pain issues for me and I'm very prone to both. Even just doing it once daily is enough to keep the stains away.
It's the not the cheapest but I've found it on sale at drugstore.com and some of the package configurations at QVC are great deals. |

Are there any good natural ones?
I've been trying Arm & Hammer Sensitive Whitening and it seems to be improving my teeth whiteness! <3 |
