Hi, I am new on here.
So I am basically having issue with improving the texture of my skin. Large pores, small bumps, oily and dry (combo), and fine lines everywhere. I am a 25 year old male. I do not smoke and try to take care of my health and drink plenty of water everyday. I've used products that are good quality.
What am I doing wrong here? This has made me felt depressed and frustrated. I need guidance with this. ugh |

Yes, I do. But unfortunately this forum wont allow me to post a photo because I am new here. Unless I have to send through email or something. IDK
People tell me to stay out of the sun, but I am hardly ever outside, so that isn't even the issue. Not to mentioned, I've even tried TCA peel 18% in the past and that didn't even do the trick. I am using glycolic acid toner and cleanser at the moment for 3 month. I don't notice any difference at all. |

I have same skin type and same problem.
I was advised by EDS to use exfoliation at least once a week.
Eminence dermafoliant was suggested, but I haven't tried it yet, because I am using my own activated charcoal soap that acts as gentle exfoliant and I have seen improvement - the pores are reduced.
Also the skin is a direct reflection of what we eat - in my case to reduce enlarged pores and oily forehead I need to reduce consumption of oil/fat... and of course don't forget a moisturizer.
So oily skin needs gentle cleansing perhaps more frequently than normal, but at the same time moisturize it with non clogging moisturizer.
and try exfoliation... |
