Hello! I was wondering if ya'll had any recommendations for laser treatments for young skin. I am 26 and am looking to do preventative work as well as improve texture and even out pigmentation (I get a bit red around my nose). I also would like to do some work very close to my eyes where I have fine lines from squinting. Here's a little background on my skin care regime:

-Dennis Gross Alpha Beta peels (1x week)
-Have recently had a light chemical peel done & plan on doing more, probably 2x/year or so
-Microdermabrasion - 1x per 8 weeks
-Cetephil daily face wash (AM and PM)
-IS Clinical pro heal serum every AM
-Cetephil daily moisturizer with SPF 30, every AM
-Shiseido Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Pure Retinol Express Smoothing Eye Mask - 1x week
-Clairsonic - PM only
-Retin-a, every other PM
-Cetaphil moisturizer (on nights I don't use retin-a)
-SK-II elixir - haven't started incorporating this yet

My aesthetician (who I see at a cosmetic surgeon's office) has recommended I try derma-needling in addition to more chem peels and maintaining my regular micro dermabrasion treatments. I have asked about Fraxel but she says that is too intense for my skin at this point. I have been looking into the Clear + Brilliant laser which looks like a great fit but she doesn't offer it so I will need to go to a different office to have it done.

Do any of you have recommendations as far as lasers go?

Most spas and docs will try to sell you what you do not need so please be careful when you go in for consults. I have had Fraxel sessions done but I was trying to erase sun damage and to refine some areas. Lasers for fine lines sounds a bit harsh for your age. If the Clear and Brilliant is marketed as a baby fraxel-you might want to look into Iluminage (I have the Tria ADL which does not really fit under the eye area).

Considering the age thecop thing would be not to go for laser treatment as it could be harsh for you and usually as Nikossmile mentioned spas will try to just sell you what you don't even need so be careful Neutral
