Not sure what they would be called exactly, thread veins? Broken capillaries? They are blue but they just seem to have appeared over night under both eyes seems to be ever since ive been working out.
Is there anything i can do to make them appear less or prevent, im now using dermadoctor eye balm (because the darkness underneath has got worse over the past year) but now these veins popping up im worried! Im just using it on one eye to test it out. Please can anyone help its worrying me! I
ve noticed veins on my hands popping out more than usual and i can now see a blue vein running down my arm but fortunately it doesnt stick out. Im worried exercising is wreaking havoc on my skin! I only do weights now no bouncing around up and down worried about the effect that was having on my skin too. |

| Depends, sometimes exercising causes fat to be lost (think cardio or runners) and you can see this does impact how much fat they have hiding their veins etc so it could be. |

It's not really alot of fat loss, i have lost a tiny bit of fat off my legs. What other things can cause veins to suddenly appear? Im certain its not fat loss because i now can see a vein just above my eyelid and slightly on my brow bone and its never been visible before and that's quite a padded fatty area unless obviously you stretch the skin out. But i can see it without stretching my skin out! Really worrying me  |

khaleesi – firstly stop panicking. You are going to stress yourself out about this and it may not be anything but a passing condition. Secondly go to a doctor and get seen and checked out to rule out any medical conditions. If it is not fat loss then it has to be something else and a professional doctor should be the first port of call before anything or anyone else as they can give you better advice and test you for various things.
