I had a baby two weeks ago and I am now breastfeeding. I am 37 years old and I can't say that I have been very nice to my skin since now. I had just done the minimum (a cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen) which is start showing. I have wrinkles around the mouth and the skin looks saggy, tired and dehydrated. I am planning to breastfeed for the next 6 months to a year so I need a regime that will be appropriate but also effective. I feel that my skin has deteriorated a lot during the last year and a half (I am in the UK now but I was living in Thailand for the last year which resulted in a lot of exposure to the sun and I think quite a lot of damage).
Any tips...suggestions...products! Any help really as I am completely ignorant and desperate.  |
