Hello elaalbert,
Indeed very important topic. With the amount of pesticides and pollution we all surrounded it’s important to minimize your exposure to toxic substances. And i don’t think we should wait for diagnose to be pronounced.
I had to re-invent my makeup and skincare routine completely a year ago after developing severe dermatitis still not sure from what exactly. I guess it was an accumulated effect from many factors. Anyhow, i was able to use oils only on my skin. I had to put in a garbage my favorite Lancome creams and serums, because they were adding to inflammation.
Today i am using 100% Pure cosmetics and skincare for almost everything. Very pocket friendly. They have wide verity of products. So far, my skin has no objectives. I also use Tata Harper’s serums. They are fantastic, but very expensive.
I also still use Paula’s Choice serums, AHA and BHA products, but i am having a hard time finding a good day cream in her line. Tried several, but my skin doesn’t like it.
It would be great if other people would post their findings as well. |
