| This may not be the right location for this post but I am wondering if there are any Hautelook.com shoppers on here? Canadian ones? They have just changed their policy lately and they are in the habit of running out of product they sell and after keeping my money for weeks they cancel my order saying there was an error in the inventory. I am usually compensated by receiving a credit and also the exchange rate always changes and I am refunded less than what I originally paid. They have just recently "banned" all credits given out for their mistakes. So after many emails arguing, I am no longer a customer after 9 years. |

| I don't shop on Hautelook anymore because my orders get split into multiple shipments and sometimes items are never shipped yet they don't notify you. Other times, orders are sent months later. I don't trust they will send my orders and I can't keep looking for them for months. |

| It also takes them over 2 months to refund on returns. They are pathetic. |

thanks for the review. i buy from nordstrom rack and it's pretty good so far. I think nordstrom rack and hautelook belong to the same company. did not know hautelook is so bad...

Yes they are exactly the same. Hautelook just has daily flash sales which aren't really sales as you can buy them after the "flash sale" at Nordstrom Rack. I used to really love them but this year not so much. They don't care about customer service and satisfaction. |
