Any ideas how to get rid of acne scars?
Mine are red (no bumps) just red marks |

so no actual scarring, just post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation? if you've not already, use a good vitamin c serum and spf daily. can incorporate peels (mild ones should work fine) from make up artist's choice up (or wherever) up to once weekly. red marks are a piece of cake- you can clear them! best luck.  |

when i was younger, i will apply vitamin E on the acne scar that is still in the midst of healing. it helps.
for professional option, you may want to do some research on infini-scar-removal at radium medical aesthetics. this treatment is very good in treating acne scar. you can try to see if there is such similar treatment in your country |

There are many treatment options available but I'll recommend microneedle using a Derma Roller.
This is recommended by dermatologists. |

Acne scars are now common in ladies. To get rid of Acne scars. Follow these prevention tips, this may help you to glow up your face.
• Wash your face at least twice daily
• Remove your makeup before going to bed.
• Do not squeeze or prick your pimples.
• Try and avoid the sun. Always wear a sunblock if you have to go outdoors.
• Follow a healthy diet that consists of whole grains, legumes, fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, and nuts. |

| Thank you so much adrian willson but I wanna suggest you one more thing, if you didn't see any difference from scars and acne on your face, then just directly go for Microdermabrasion device, it will definitely help you and it is very easy to use at home. |

| There are many prescriptions to get rid of acne. We can get acne removal creams from chemist store. But we should think before it happens. Because after lapses it the acne leave their spots. That is a terrible thing. |

You have to follow a good skin care routine and have some patience. Here I mentioned some skin care tips for acne scar skin, this may help you.
1. Always clean your skin gently.
2. Avoid frequently touching your skin.
3. Choose right product for your skin.
4. Avoid sun exposure, for that always use Sunscreen.
Scars can also be removed through chemical peels and laser treatments which is done in a clinic under the observation of a dermatologist. |

Decleor Prolagene Gel (now renamed under Aroma Solution). Use it under your normal moisturizer am and pm, and 1-2 more times throughout the day neat on the skin (if you aren't wearing makeup). If you wear makeup, just twice a day am and pm.
