I have cellulite due to desk jobs. I noticed cellulite after the lack of circulation from continuously sitting. Before this I didn't notice any and my butt was more rounded/lifted before the cellulite. I am not overweight. I am thinking of trying the vibration plate. Hesitant about trying brushing or cupping as I heard this sometimes makes it worse and I don't want my embarrassing deep dimples to get any deeper or multiply. Any feedback appreciated.

I would recommend you to check out this products, yet it won't be that easy to get rid of cellulite in a short period of time.

If you do the search and look WAAAYYYY back there are some fabulous threads from great contributors here.
One of the best recommendations though is dry brushing, there were also several threads on that along with using a mini roller massage. Time consuming but worth the results and both are inexpensive gadgets on amazon.
Creams are great but the results aren't long lasting so its best to get to the core of the issue.

Some doctors say cellulite is the natural condition of the human body, and I tend to believe them. But it is still not nice to have it, and I understand people who want to get rid of it.
I managed to fight it using special massages and oils against cellulite. Also, I bought special anti-cellulite procedures from seandohertymd.com. It was a complex treatment, but it helped my legs to become healthier and helped me like myself more. However, I need to mention I didn’t have a severe case of cellulite, and that’s why non-invasive methods worked. Worse cases would probably require a more difficult treatment.

Hi! If you notice that you have cellulite as a result of a sedentary lifestyle, then you need to work in this direction. The vibrating plate will only be an auxiliary tool in the fight against cellulite, because it was caused by global changes in the body. In general, it is impossible physiologically to lose weight in one part of the body, so in order to get rid of cellulite, you will have to work on the whole body. Good luck!
