I 39 with dry skin which may also be slightly dehydrated.
I stumbled across this forum and am amazed at the amount of imformation. I used to stumble into the local chemist and buy stuff that didn't suit my skin so stopped.
I use Shishedo Bio moisturiser - morning and evening which I like v much after clensing with either Cetaphil or Boots No 7 revitalising clenser. However my daughter's dermatologist was appalled that I wasn't using any spf so recommended Physical UV defense SPF 30? Should I be using this along with my moisturiser and which first? I don't tend to wear any other make up or occasionally Loreal's transluscence foundation. The dermatologist also suggested using NeoStrata's Bionic Face Cream at night, I presume this is instead of the Shishedo Bio? I would be grateful for any help I can get.

You could get a moisturiser with an SPF in it, but since you love your current one stick with it and add a sunscreen over the top. You can get heaps of skincare ones- depends on how much you want to spend. I know some people like Clinique City Block, but some don't. What is your skin type, so people can suggest different ones?
