Can anyone help I've just had my 49th Birthday, and the present I didn't want is very loose skin under one eye, can anyone suggest ways to help this? |

I can only say you need to use eye cream and eye gel (once in the morning and once in the evening) and stop using normal moisturiser in the eye area. look for something that replenishes elastins and collagen and something which contains vitamin E. But really once it's there it's hard to get rid of. Roc, Olay and L'oreal are really good at eye creams and gels. |

Okusil's (from Janson Beckett) is good for tightening. It contains DMAE and argeline (click on Alpha Derma on the EDS shopping links for some more info) - you can buy a sample size too.
I'm 41 and it tightens well for me. I've only just started using it. If you do a search some other EDS users nearer your age swear by Okusil and another of JB's products Alpha Derma for firming.
Hope that helps

Phytomer Eye Contour cream has a tightening effect and has had some good reviews here in the past. |

I like Decleor Hydrotenseur for quick firming...I use it more like a flash balm than anything...THe Alpha Derma CE is great for firming -I tried it with vitamin C 20 and I didn't get quite enough moisture - but I really did see a significant lift effect very quickly with it..there was a free ADCE 5-day trial on EDS - not sure if it is still available...
Good luck!

I don't really have loose skin under my eyes, but I'm with Pudoodles on the Decleor! I use it on my eyelids all the way up to my eyebrow and I just love it. I'm definitely going to try it under my eyes the next time my eyes are puffy for whatever reason though! I don't know why I never thought of it before..DUH! |

Hi Katee - it's *great* for early morning puffiness and late nights!! I like it better than the Orlane morning recovery concentrate - and I used to rave on about that one like an idiot all the time!
