Hi
I am only 28 and I am losing my eye power. I am very scared about this problem. Why do my eyes have a hard time focusing? how can I treat blurred vision naturally?

Have you contacted a doctor about this? When is the last time you had an eye exam?

I second Autumn's suggestion of seeing a doctor to rule out any possible medical issues. There can be a few different things but getting checked out is a really really good idea.

Hi!
Don't panic, you can have just usual "tired" eye, when your eyes can't relax, because you are always in focus.
Visit doctor and try to re-order your daily routine, if you are the office worker.

go some greenery places and look far. don't look at near objects, let ur eyes muscles relax
