Hi guys

I’m actually hoping that the answer to this is yes...

I have tear trough filler under my eyes that looks too prominent and swollen and I want it to go, but it has so far lasted for 10 years. I’ve heard that it lasts longer in this location because there’s less muscle movement, so I wondered whether exercise and massage would make it go away quicker. (I’m too scared to try hyaluronidase to dissolve it as I’ve heard horror stories of this dissolving people’s natural tissue and facial fat...)

Does anyone have any experience of exercise/massage and filler?

Thanks

All you have to do is get a simple injection of hyaluronidase from your dermatologist or esthetician that will dissolve the filler pretty much immediately.

Yes I know but I’ve read so many bad stories of people getting hyaluronidase injections and it dissolving their own natural tissue

I don't know re tear trough, but I do know a few people who had fillers in their NLs area and said that the exercises and massage did make them disappear faster than expected as a result. I haven't heard of anyone with tear trough fillers though so it may be worth while touching in with the program designers or trainers of a particular program to see if they have experience. From memory Debi on the Ageless forum I have a vague recollection had fillers and she said they vanished but can't recall where the fillers were.
