I was just wondering if any has used the Guerlain skin care products and what they thought of these products ?

I have been using them for a month but think they have caused me to have a lot more breakout so was just wondering if other people have found the same ????

I've used the brand. I like the range for oily skins, and I've also tried their eye cream, Midnight Secret, Flower Creme Cleanser, Youth Secret Serum. Very nice textures. However, I wouldn't say that the brand is particularly effective. Their perfumes are wonderful though!

French skincare tends to be oiler than others. Smile

hi!
My mum used to use their Super Aquaserum, which is a moisturizing complex. She really loves it. It's light textured but very hydrating.

I personally have used its "matiday"(?something like this), a day time moisturizer for oily skin. I think it is great for controlling oil, giving a matte feel.

Hope this helps.

I've used the eyecreams including Issima Eye Tech which is supposed to be good for eyelid lifting. Didn't work for mine but it does work for some.
No breakouts or puffiness from the cream though.hth

Thank you everyone for your comments, it is really helpful to find out how other people have got on with the Guerlain products. I think some of the products I have aren't the most suitable for my skin type so it is really useful to know how people have got on with different products. Many thanks again Very Happy

I really enjoy using Guerlain skincare. I have oily and acne-prone skin. I've been a loyal fan of Guerlain skincare for many years.

Even though Guerlain products are quite rich, but it never caused me any breakout like what I experienced with La Mer and Sisley. That's why I love it so much.

My favourite Guerlain products are Orchidee Imperiale Cream, Orchidee Imperiale Eye & Lip Cream (my fav used to be Success Eye Tech before switching to this), Flower Cleansing Cream, SOS Serum (you've gotta try this), Secret Divin (it refines my pores), Super Aqua-Serum and Super Aqua-Mask.

I'm thinking of trying Dr. Hauschka lately, but I'm just too hoked up with Guerlain products that I find myself hard to abandon them.

I am having great success with Guerlain's Issima Perfect White-C SPF-50.I have acne-prone,sun-damaged skin. This has not caused any break-outs,is a very effective sunscreen and is lightening the hyper-pigmentation that I have.VERY impressive!

I always liked everything I tried from Guerlain. Tried the cleanser and toner for oily skin and also the mask - great. Tried the eye serum (still using it) and it's really great.

I also have some makeup from them and love it.
It's a very good brand.

Has anyone tried the Orchidee Imperiale products? Are they worth the money?

I'm currently using the Orchidee Imperiale Face Cream, as well as the Eye & Lip Cream. Both products are great. I received a lot of compliments when I use Guerlain products.

I'm 33yo, I like the result of the cream. If you find it a bit too rich, you can opt for the fluid. But personally, I like the cream better.

I can I have got to try this ! Heard this line is a new formulation which attacks the 'outside' and 'inside' pigmentation problems (so the SA's said). Have you tried their whitening essence? If their sunscreen is also doing the whitening job the product must be very powerful then!

I haven't tried any other Guerlain products YET,but now that I have my acne problem in control I'm thinking about other products in this line that deal with hyper-pigmentation.

For hyper-pigmentation, you can try the Perfect White C Excellence Intense Whitening Essence. I'm currently using it. You can also try the Brightening High Protection SPF 50. I'm loving it...

Hi dear,

I've been using their whitening product for abt 2 years. I first noticed brighter and more even skin tone. Then after a while, I noticed that spots were lightened. Of course, I don't expect them to disappear completely unless I go for surgical procedures, but then it'll be too harsh for the skin.
