I use Yonka with good results except for the moisterizer. They are either to rich or to drying. I have combo/somewhat dry skin and what works on the dry is to rich for the other areas. Any advice would be helpful. Iam using the Fruitelia (normal/dry is to oily and the other is to drying) HELP |

Redhead,
Do you use Frutelia for dry or oily skin type?
What do you mean by a moisturizer that is too drying? Do you mean it cause dehydration, skin peeling or tight feeling?
I know it is tough to pick up the right moisturizer for combo skin (same here). When I was using Guinot products (not sure if anybody know about this French brand), I had experimented by using something for oil control during the day, and something else for hydrating during the night. It worked pretty well for me. Then again, it depends on the season and the environment where you live.
I also tried Dr. H normalizing oil and the day moisturizer, rose day cream, and the rejuvenating mask as day cream. It didn't give me exceptional results. Although the normalizing oil did stop some oil, my nose and eyebrow area became dehyrated. But I heard some did get great results by using Dr. H products.
Currently, I am using Sothys Noctuelle night cream and Softening Emulsion as day cream. Well, I don't like the emulsion at all! I really regret that.
The noctuelle is fine but i couldn't see any significant improvement at all. Also, it gives me a real "dripping" feeling in the morning that I dislike very much.
I am disappointed to know that Yonka didn't work for you. I have actually just picked up some samples yesterday from a Yonka salon and would like to give this brand a shot. Can I know what other cream and mositurizer you have tried in the Yonka line? Thanks!

Iam using the Frutilia for normal-oily (sample) tried the one for normal-dry (sat on the skin) the area that is "dry" looking is near the nose area. But today I used the normal-oily and switched foundation to the Prescriptives Custom Blend rather than Clarins Matte and it did not happen so maybe its the foundation. At night I use the Elastine Nuit w/a few drops of Serum and its great. Still can't get the hang of the Gommage mask. Is the Dr H rose cream really greasy feeling? |

I wouldn't recomend the Dr H Rose cream for oily/normal skin, my friend tried that one, she has normal to dry skin and found the rose cream too heavy. She likes the Day Cream though.
I would recomend using the Rejuvenating mask as a day cream - it has given me great results and it is good for oily and dry skin. I love using this as a moisturiser, I always think it is such a waste washing it off so never use it as a mask - try it on your dry patches for the day and use the Normalising Day Oil everywhere else. |

I cleanse, tone, use my rejuvenating face mask, either all over my face or on select areas and then put the Normalising day oil on all over |

not to sound silly but does the oil really work? And is it just for the oily areas |

It works for me - I don't really get many dry patches (only the tip of my nose) it really does control the oil but without drying my skin - I read somewhere (think it may have been on the website) to try mixing some day oil into your moisturiser for dry/oily skin. May be worth a try? |

the oil does work it's the best!! i've been using it for about 2 weeks now and love it.. at first a had a few breakouts, but i think that just was the junk that was in my skin.. i have oil/combo/very sensitive skin and this product really does work well.. really helps to balance out the skin. I started using Dr H about 2 weeks ago.. i start of with the cleansing cream and the oil and the night conditioner, since I've bought the Toner, rose day cream, cleansing mask, lip balm. I love them all.. the Rose day cream is very rich, I us it as an eye cream and sometimes on my cheeks to give a little glow, the cleansing clay mask, is amazing.. I think everyone should give this a try. it's like your at a spa.. lip balm smells very nice. i just want to keep putting it on and on.. |

Have you tried Cream 83 for combo skin? This was perfect for combo skin. Maybe you shoudl try 28 for dehydrated skin? THere is a difference between dry and dehydrated. And even oily skin needs moisture.
Good Luck |

I am using Jurlique Calendula Cream for my combination skin, and I love it. It helps to minimise breakouts, and has taken care of the dryness that I normally have on certain parts of my face. |
