hi Where can you get the purest essential oils. which sites are reliable? i did a search - there are so so many!
one more thing, the decleor ylang ylang oil, is it possible to make it on your own following the ingredients they use by buying your own essential oils and mixing them?
=) also carekate, if you are reading this, i tried out the ACV toner, but no essential oils added as i dont have them however, its working q well i must say! =D one question though, does prolonged use of vinegar do any harm to the skin? like drying it up? i'm not very sure on the safety of using vinegar on face. is it perfectly fine? |

I just bought about 12 different essential oils from http://www.aroma-pure.com/
They've got high quality and great prices -- not sure if they do international orders, so you might have to browse their customer service page to find out.
Yes, it *is* possible to make your own homemade version of Decleor Ylang Ylang oil -- I posted the recipe for it under the "~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DIY Skincare Recipes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~" thread!
No, there is no possibility of ACV causing harm to your skin. It actually RESTORES your skin's natural acid mantle, which gets disrupted/removed every time you wash your face! Of course, you shouldn't use ACV 'neat' (i.e.: undiluted) on your skin unless you're EXTREMELY oily (I'm oily, but even that was a little too drying for me!) because it will cause some temporary dryness/flaking. If that happens, just add more water to your toner until you find that right balance of ACV/water for your skin. |
