In the past couple of days my back and shoulders have suddenly broken out in pimples!!! It looks horrible, and though I've had the occasional zit or two, it has never been this severe! Why has this happened and what is the best/quickest way to get rid of them??

Hello-
Sometimes hair conditioner can block the pores in your back, especially if you have a really rich one for dry hair. When you rinse the conditioner out of your hair, it runs down your back and clogs the pores there. You could get an acne body cleanser (there are some in the supermarket), or cetaphil, or use a bit of your face cleanser to clean your back each day *after* you have washed your hair.

| the only thing i could guess is u have changed something else- diet, new clothing irritating your skin etc? |

try making the super ACV toner. i had a bad breakout on my face and this helped to do wonders in just less than 5 days.
get the recipe from the DIY Skin Recipes thread or just simply do a search on Super ACV toner |
