| Does this product really work? Will it cause dryness to the skin? Opinions please |

I found that it was very effective, particularly at stopping pimples that were already in the works. If I recall correctly it has 2% salicylic acid. I also did not find this to be drying, or at least not as much as the other BHA stuff I have tried. There are a few reviews of this on the forum. If you're interested then do a search and see what you come up with  |

I too have tried this, whilst I found it did not work for me, I think it would be good for sensitive skins.
I think it was a little too mild for me, but thatis is coming from someone who applies tea tree neat to the effected area. I would like to try this again actually |

I agree with Rosebud... but I also use pure tea tree oil on my skin 
I found the medicated gel doing absolutely nothing...for me atleast...

| That's interesting. It has 2% BHA which is the same as most other BHA acne treatments. I do agree that this is more gentle on the skin (perhaps different pH or just the lack of AHAs?) but I found it to be good at getting rid of those paiful red bumps that you know are going to turn into pimples.... |

| I didnt get any dryness from it, but I don't know that it really helped with my pimples either... |

| This is my HG product - gets rid of nearly all my pimples without irritation. I have pretty sensitive skin. |
