Hi everyone,
This is my first post here, but I've been lurking for a couple days reading everyone's posts. I am very happy to find a forum like this, because I love learning more about skincare, and I like reading everyone's experiences. I also love the DIY thread..I think I'll be trying some of the recipes soon because I have a big stash of EO's.
I did a forum search but didn't find a review of this product to add on to, so I am adding my review.
I bought MAC Cleanse Off oil recently and absolutely love it! This is my first cleansing oil, though, so I can't compare it to anything else unfortunately.
It makes my skin really soft without making it greasy, and my makeup just melts off! I love how when you add water it foams up a little bit.
I have very sensitive skin with blotchy red cheeks and this has not irritated my skin at all. It doesn't sting or burn, and there is no fragrance from what I can tell. It's the first cleanser that has actually made my face look better.. I've had other products improve my skin like moisturizers and serums, but never a cleanser. The oil makes my skin glow!
My sensitive, somewhat dry (but still a little acne prone, especially during the hot weather) skin really loves this product... I think I might give their Microfine Refinisher a try next. I *never* thought I'd like MAC skincare!!
Hope this helps someone.
Sincerely,

Here are the ingredients: Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, olive oil, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, squalane, jojoba seed oil, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil, vitamin e, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower oil, citrus aurantium amara (bitter orange) oil, lavender oil, evening primrose oil, water, rosa canina fruit oil, limonene.
I didn't smell any of the EO's in it...I thought it was fragrance free.
hth!

This is a older review but I was wondering...for all of you that are using the OCM. Do you think that product could be a good purchase for someone who dosen't want to make it herself ? The ingredient list seem good. |
