I'll try to make this as short as possible.
I bid and won some IS Clinical products on ebay. After I bid I noticed the seller has 96.9 feedback score- not great. I checked to see what the feedback was and none of it was in the post 12 months and a couple of the complaints were from buyers who were no longer registered users.
BUT I have been communicating a bit with the seller via email and it takes SO long to get a response and he still has not sent me my final invoice. I am starting to regret going this route for these products. It is still a lot of money for me and what if they are not authentic?
Anyhow I have all positive feedback and do not want to screw that up. Can I do anything to not pay for these products? I don't think I would be as concerned if this seller was prompt in getting back to me but he's not. |

I would think the best thing you can do is get in touch with Ebay and explain the situation to them and see if they can advise you. |

email the seller over and over so ebay can see your trying. then you can probably retract your bid and why. if you get a neg. do a nasty reply why you got the neg. most sellers will understand when reading your feedbacks. and he doesnt need to send you an invoice thru email if you pay with paypal.when you sign in and go to MY EBAY it should show your winning items and it says pay now.never pay an invoice thru email. good luck

Hi Lily, you cannot retract your bid now that you've won like lassie mentioned.
One thing that can happen is some members may not get emails due to spam filters, so if the seller isn't replying, it's a good idea to email them within the eBay system using the contact the seller link.
If the seller is replying but slowly and giving you the run around you can report him as a 'non-performing seller', could be he didn't get what he thought he would for the auction and just wants you to give up, which is so rude and totally against eBay policy.
Here's a helpful section at eBay
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/seller-non-performance.html
You may have to copy/paste this link.
It explains it there and has a link to send a complaint. hth, Annette |

Thanks! I'm sure everything is okay- I just haven't run across an ebay seller being so slow in getting back to me and I did contact him via the ebay email. |

I think I found the seller Lily, there were only a few IS Clinical completed auctions. It's a tricky one because the feedback is really low but he hasn't had a neg in over a year! I don't know if I would buy from him or not to tell you the truth. I sure hope he comes through for you. |

eBay has started posting member communications -- which are accessible on the "My eBay" page -- because this will assure transmission in case spam filters block them from your regular email box.
I've been eyeing that seller's ISC listings and I'm curious how this will play out.
Keep us up-to-date lily!!! |

Sweety -
Is she sending from another country other than Germany? It can be a little slow sometimes..
I waited for over 30 days for a CD from Canada but it never came, and the second one they sent me also took over 2 weeks.
It could be just the postal service they chose to use.. cheapos! |

Sweety
If you wait another week, then email her again about what postage she used and when you can expect it, see what she says, but keep all her emails in your inbox.
If nothing arrives for another week, you should wait only about 30 days, then tell her you are considering filing a claim on Ebay. Or paypal if you paid through that.
Usually paypal will refund you the money, even if it was only like ten dollars or something.
I know it's a pain .. I've always had no problems until this ONE time with that CD. It sort of puts me off buying overseas now. |

Sweety, if you paid by PayPal, you only have 30 days, to the minute that you paid to claim for your money back. If your item doesn't come in say 21 days, email the seller again. If they don't offer a refund file a claim with PayPal, do so on day 29 which is what I did. My seller refunded me right away, I guess she didn't want to deal with PayPal and just did the right thing. If she hadn't refunded PayPal would have refunded me and charged the seller that amount. It's the cost of doing business and why it's so important as a seller to always get delivery confirmation. My items did show up at 40 days and just repaid for them, the seller and I are still on good terms. I just told her I couldn't afford to be out this amount and reason I use PayPal is because of the protection they give, but there is a small window of opportunity to file, only 30 days, no more. |

I went on ebay to see if I could find the seller (I did ) and I see your auction ended on the 10th of Aug (yes?) If your name kind of is like your forum name. On his auction page it says the item ships next day priority with delivery confirmation. I also noticed that the negative complaints and the neutral feedback was about slow shipping and sending the wrong thing. If you feel iffy about dealing with this person let ebay know. You should have gotten your item by now. What if it was the other way around and this guy was waiting on YOU to get back to him. He would probably not be so nice. If you leave a negative first, people will see that, and then if he leaves you a retalitory negative you can always go back and state that it is in retaliation. Remember the old saying "Buyer Beware". If this were me I would email him and tell him to forget it. Ebay has gotten just to darn big!! |

I have not received my items yet- I have yet to pay! I was waiting to here back from the seller regarding an additional product. That is why I'm concerned (because of very slow response time and very short email responses with no name, etc) but if I don't pay I'll get negative feedback. I know I'm obilgated to pay and don't mind if I knew everything was going to go okay... |

You should contact ebay right away and tell them of the problem you are having with the seller. They will contact the seller and tell them of your concerns. Maybe this seller doesn't even have your item in hand and is waiting to get it in? If all goes well and your are ready to make payment, make sure you get insurance, delivery confirmation and anything else you need to protect your purchase from this seller. I had a simular thing happen to me. I emailed and emailed, finally I contacted ebay and opened a dispute, sure enough the seller finally contacted me and I got my item. I shouldn't have had to go through all that hassle. Some people have no business selling on ebay, poor communications skills and bad business practices. Let us know how it goes . |

Sweety -
I can’t add any additional advice other than the great info from Lolli, Vegas Gal and the others, and I hope your dispute is resolved in your favor and/or you receive your LipFusion, but if you *don’t* get it and you *still* want to try it, just PM me and I’ll be happy to go to my Sephora and pick up a tube and mail it to you. I promise, I’m a sure thing – you won’t have any problems getting your stuff from me!!
Good luck!

Just to let everyone know...I received my IS Clinical products yesterday. They are brand new, look authentic, and seem the same as the samples I had used previously. The seller forgot to include one of my items though but said he would mail it first thing Monday. I'll keep you posted to make sure he does. |
