This serum is sooooo great that I decided to join today so that I could share something with you since you have all shared so much with me. I know this serum has been mentioned before, but IT IS SO WONDERFUL it needs a review. Let me briefly say that my products of choice are generally all natural. My skin is normal, some blackheads on/around nose, fairly sensitive, and I am getting a few wrinkles around my eyes (I'm a very silly person and laugh A LOT) Currently I use Dr.H cc, Dermalogica daily microfoliant, Zia rose water and aloe toner, Burts Bees royal jelly eye cream, Vit. C eye serum samples (Skinceuticals, Dermalogica), and Burts Bees Repair Serum all over my face. Since using this serum, my face is smooth and 'dewey'. I use to have tiny little bumps on my cheeks and a lot of blkheads, but since using this serum the bumps are completely gone and the blkheads are decreasing dramatically. I'm sure the other products I use have something to do w/ this as well, but I am convinced that this serum is responsible for balancing out my skin and softening up the dirt in my pores. My face use to be a little dry and moisturizers seem to react negatively w/ my skin by either causing bumps or blkheads or breakouts. This serum is a combo of oils but quickly absorbs into your skin, leaving your face soft and moist, NOT greasy. I do not have the bottle in front of me to list the ingred. but if you search it on this site you will find another fan of this stuff who has listed its ingredients. Did I mention this stuff costs $20! The bottle is not that user-friendly, but a little goes a long way. I have also noticed a reduction in redness and visable capillaries on my cheeks since using this serum. I have been using this for about a month and my skin has not looked this good in a year. I purchased this serum at my local co-op, but I'm sure it's easy to get on line too. Burts Bees has been around for a long time. I am also a big fan of their deoderant and body lotions. Check it out, you won't be disappointed :D

I too love Burt's Bees Attar of Rose Serum. It's a little gem. Use it around my eyes every night before bed, and sometimes all over my face. Laughing

I read a review on this a few weeks ago and realised I had a small sized bottle which I'd got in a healthy face kit. I've been using it just on my eye area for about 3 weeks now and it's really helping reduce the dehydration lines. I've not tried it all over my face but next time I need some extra moisture I'll give it a go.

This sounds nice. I like a lot of the Burt's Bees body care range that I have tried although I didn't like the facial skin care that I have tried so far. I just searched for this and by the instructions it seems to be for the eye area - is that right or are there different types?

It says on the leaflet in my kit to use it around the eye and lip areas. To be honest I wasn't impressed with the other stuff in the kit so I didn't bother trying this until I read somebody's review on here. It is quite greasy you couldn't use it like you would a Decleor oil i don't think I would imagine it's a night time product.

I'm kind of picky-choosy when it comes to Burt's Bees too. I'm not a huge fan of their skincare line, but I really do like their Attar of Rose, Carrot Nutritive Spray, Concealer, and lip balm. Other than that, the other stuff didn't work so well for me.

The Attar of Rose does feel oily, but on me anyway, it sinks right in. I do use it at night and wake up with very soft skin in the a.m. When I'm feeling extra dry, I apply all over my face, or add some to a moisturizer for a night time moisture boost. No breakouts to report.

For the most part, I use around the eyes and lip area. The packaging could use a rehaul however. The glass bottle thing is not the best.

The BB repair serum I use says to use it around eyes and lips, but I dab a little on my cheeks, nose, and chin too. I would not say my skin is dry, but b/c my skin was so unbalanced when I purchased this serum a month ago, I decided to put it all over my face based on the healing ingredients. It really does does sink in completely and I have not broken out from it. I just put some on this morning and my skin is so soft and smooth, not sticky or greasy at all.

The burt's bees repair serum sounds awesome...I've been looking for something that moisturizes without clogging pores and this sounds like just the trick. Great review, rootsy!

Mariav, what does the carrot nutritive spray do?
