So far, I have found one for a good price by a reputable seller, bearing the following description:

1oz Bottle 40% Glycolic Solution

The Ph for the 30% is 2.8
40% is 2.5
50% is 2.3
60% is 2.0
Salicylic 2.0

Is this good? If not, what pH should I look for specifically to yield the best results possible? I am just looking to try this out, as I am used to products such as GlyDerm and MD Forté for glycolic acid.

Maybe check outwww.platinumskincare.com . They have sample sizes you can try. http://www.platinumskincare.com/glycolic-boutique.htm#samples

Theirs have a pH of 2.1. A professional peel is under 1 ( I think I read somewhere). The lower the ph, the stronger it is. Platinumskincare explains pH a bit too.

I ended up ordering the 50% solution at PlatinumSkincare.com.

So, is baking soda good as a neutralizer?

I use a 40% lactic acid peel from http://www.makeupartistschoice.com/ and love it, but they also sell glycolic and TCA peels & lots of other skin care products. They have fast shipping and good prices.

You don't actually need a neutralizer...water does the trick. If you feel more comfortable using one however, yes, a little baking soda mixed with water is a good neutralizer.
