which is better???
Also does anyone know of any before and after pictures of people who have used jason beckett or elizabeth grant skincare products. Love all the rave reviews but am still alitttle unsure and want to see some REAL pictures of women that have used products not 20 somethings. |

I've been using AlphaDerma CE for a month and already seeing softening of my forehead creases and laugh lines. Overall the skin looks better also ... kinda more youthful. I haven't used Elizabeth Grant. There're lots of before/after pictures atwww.janson-beckett.com andwww.goldportbeauty.com. |

I have never tried Elizabeth Grant products so I can't compare. I joined the forum when in search for an antiaging product to firm my mature skin. I heard about products with Argireline so I tried Avotone. Avotone really made a mess of my skin. Quite by accident I came across EDS when looking for reviews. No one had tried AlphaDerma at the time. I called JB and a sales rep spend a good half hour on the phone with me. AlphaDerma had a 100% guarantee so I figured "what the heck." I have been using JB's line for 14 months without wavering. It really has taken years off my face.
Some EDS members have seen my pictures. I decided after PMing Mabsy that perhaps it was not a good idea to post pictures on a public forum.
After five months using JB products I took a sales rep job with them. It is easy to work for a company when you believe in their product. Do to personal circumstances I no longer work for Janson Beckett. I can't see myself ever stop using Mineral Prep and AlphaDermaCE and now their C&C.
I believe Mabsy's mother starting using JB products a few months after me. Perhaps Mabsy will see this post and respond as her mother also has had excellent results.
You can try the five day sample pack to see how your skin reacts to the product. I strongly suggest that before full size product. |

I see no reason why you can't use AlphaDermaCE, Mineral Prep and Okusil which comes in the sample pack while pregnant. I do remember another forum member some time ago concerned about using AlphaDerma as a firming body treatment while breast feeding. It is not recommended that while breast feeding to apply to the nipples. To avoid products on your breast while nursing is sensible with any product.
I see absolutely no harm but I am not a doctor. Perhaps you should check with your doctors office prior to use. Janson Beckett also has live chat on their website. You might want to discuss this with them or call JB. |

Indeed, as Winnie said, my mum is super happy with her Alphaderma/skin prep/Vivier routine. I answered your question in more detail on your other thread about ADCE: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7998
I can't do a comparison of the ADCE with the Elizabeth Grant though as neither my mum nor I have tried this line of products. I also don't see my mum trying anything else for a while. When it was time to repurchase the JB stuff I asked her if she wanted to try another product and she didn't want to hear of it (the skin prep has become her fave product now). |

Another vote for JB! Although I've never heard of Elizabeth Grant before.
I've been using the JB Skin Prep, Alpha-Derma CE, Okusil and C&C Serum (vitamin C) for a few weeks now and it's made a huge difference to my skin. I only wish that I'd taken some before photos.
As I wrote on another thread, this is the first time in years that I feel perfectly happy to go without make-up, my skin is so clear and smooth. And I'm definitely not 20 (unfortunately)! I'm in my late 30s with really dry skin.
If you do go for the Janson Beckett, I'd definitely recommend throwing a Vit C Serum into the mix. I love JB's own, but there are lots of other good ones out there, too.
Finally, many congrats on nearly being a mum! Just to be on the safe side, I'd defiitely ask the JB people whether their products are safe to use during pregnancy. Hopefully, they'll be fine, but there's no point in taking the risk.
Best of luck with the baby, and please let us know how you get on. |

Yes- you can use it while pregnant...I specifically asked JB that before I bought the entire line. I use the small tobes from the sample-pack and refill- I end up not wasting product that way and love them for travel |

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my questions I apologize if I have repearted my question I just wanted to make sure I made the right decision. Once I start on something I don't wont to have to change mid way through as it is a lot of money. Once again thank you ladies. Now I'm eagerly awaiting the sample pack |

No worries, it's always worth making sure before you splash out on something. I hope that the JB works as well for you as it's doing for me. |
