...has anyone used it for acne?
With so many celebrities using it, I feel like trying it too. But, I'm worried that it may dry out my skin (since it contains alcohol) & cause wrinkles.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I used Proactiv long ago when the woman from 'Who's the boss' was the spokesperson. It does work, but you don't get much product for your money anymore. I also didn't like that the lotion lightened (stained) my shirts. I had to wear brown t-shirts for work once and they started turning orange.
I used this when I was in my early 20's and I didn't notice any dryness, but I think now (30's) it could be an issue. If you stick with their regime, then it works.
I did look into buying it again about 6 years ago, but I found their packages smaller than before!! I guess when you're successful you can rip the consumer off. I didn't think it was worth it at that point and haven't looked back. Good luck. |
