OH yes!!!! And I absolutey loveeeeee this product. Took me years to find just the right one, as I too have roscea/sensitive skin. I also though, have large pores and my skin tends to still get a little oily on the forehead, so I have to be very careful with moisturisers. If they are not "light" enough, I break out or get "lumps" like blind pimples.
I will tell you then, everything I use. OK?? But the cleanser is just the most brilliant, I think.

Cleanse with SOTHYS Clearness Beauty Milk (Lait demaquillant clarte)

Tone with SOTHYS Clearness Lotion (Lotion douce clarte)

Moisturise with
SOTHYS Hydroptimale Gel (not cream)

Twice a week I use NIMUE Exfoliating Enzyme and once a month I alternate between a NIMUE facial and a SOTHYS facial. Did that last bit make sense?? What I meant was one month I will have a Nimue facial, then the next month after that I will have a Sothys facial.

I hope this helps you a little. I really really believe you will love the Sothys cleanser.

Good luck finding the right one for you.
Mary xx

Hi Mary and thanks for your response!

I have acne prone skin, do you think sothys milk would cleanse the skin well enough to prevent spots?

Is the Sothys gel mositurizing a lot, can it get the skin "oily"?

I'll have to look into their line Smile

WOW, you can still exfoliante? I have given up on that since my skin is so hypersensitive at the moment. Are the things you use to exfoliante really gentle since you get away with that with no problems?

Cleansing alone does not help acne prone skin hon. You need a regime and you MUST be vigilant with it. With skin like yours and mine we HAVE to cleanse twice a day. Now I tone and moisturise in the morning but I ONLY tone at night. I cannot moisturise at night or else I will break out.
I only use a teenie weenie amount of the moisturiser or again, I will get lumps or breakouts. But the Sothys is the best and lightest good moisturiser that I have found for me. You will have to self adjust the amount you use to what suits you the best.
I swear with my last breath though, if you really have skin like mine the Sothys cleanser WILL be wonderful for you. The exfoliant by NIMUE again, is so so gentle. It's the only one that I can use without breaking out. I will be honest with you though, I did get a couple of LITTLE spots the first 2 times I used the Nimue exfoliant and I nearly gave it up,but I havent had a spot since. It may take a little longer for you or maybe shorter. Everyone is individual. But I have to stress yet again, until I had a full regime (cleanse, tone etc)twice a day, I kept breaking out.
I tried soo many products. A lot of people use Dermalogica products but oh my! that left my skin in such a mess, I wouldnt leave the house. All I can say is that, I guess you just have to keep trying. But many many good Beauticians who do not use Sothys themselves will agree that Sothys is a great product for roscea/sensitive and troubled skin.
Good luck, I hope you find the right products for you.

Here is the information that Essential Day Spa have on Sothys. (link below) As you can see by reading, it is so natural and gentle and made for skin like ours.
I purchase my Sothys products through this website as they cheaper (even when converted to aussie dollars) than buying through a salon here. Also I love the way the management run this website and have such a fantastic forum. I want to support it as much as possible and buying from them is the way hehehehehehe.

Again, good luck, I hope you find true skin happiness as I finally have Smile

Thanks for all the info!

I checked out the link you gave me and I noticed Sothys Soothing Milk+Toner. Would that be even better for my hypersensitive skin?
