Hi,
I'm new here. I found this site really impressive with those forums and replies from the members.
I need some help here. Is anyone out there have any idea of products for crack & bleed hand? Actually my mom is having this problem but she refuse to go the specialist. I had bought her lots of products but those products aren't working for her. Therefore, I'm posting here hoping someone could help me on this.
Thank you. |

When I was a kid I used to get very dry and sore hands in winter time, my mum used to cover my hands with a thick layer of a thick hand cream and then a pair of soft cotton gloves on top - and then off to bed. It worked very well.
If your mum has bleeding sores, maybe she should have an antiseptic cream on. But I really don't know - someone in here should know though. Good luck with your mum |

Hi, Kipyo,
You might find this thread useful - http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=9101
I've just received my order of Penzim Gel (mentioned in that thread) and am trying it on my hands to see if it will help relieve the same problem as you.
I also slather plenty of handcream on my hands at night and wear cotton gloves, but need extra help in the winter time. |

Oops! Better just add that I don't think you're supposed to use Penzim on cracked and open sores, so it's probably best to find something to clear that up first, then if you want to try the Penzim it might help to keep things under control. |

Thanks Ruth for your suggestion. Will try on this method. Usually she did put on cotton gloves during bed time after applying hand cream but not with thick layer
Majorb, thank you for the link above. Will study the forum and hope to learn something from there |
