that will be effective for removing all makeup, slightly foaming, smell not overwhelming, and will work for an oily tzone without stripping normal/sensitive cheek area. Also, is there a reason to spend more than drugstore for a cleanser?

When it comes to finding a good cleanser it really is trial and error. What someone else may find to be good may not be suitable for you
OK good ones I have tried that remove make-up and cleanse all in one go are:
*Any of the Dermalogica range
*All Neal's Yard Cleansers
*Asda Walmart Antibacterial(I'll post up the name when it comes back to me)
*Homemade version of Dr Hauschka cleansing cream:

Before I switched to natural products I LOVED Oil of Olay Deep Cleansing Face Wash with Witch Hazel.

It cleansed beautifully and didn't dry my skin.
(Before switching to Dr. Hauschka I had a very oily T zone and normal other areas).
It's not too expensive, around $5-6 maybe? And very good. I didn't like the other cleansers in the line though--I bought the Moisture Balancing cleanser, thinking it'd be better for winter, but I didn't like the texture. The Deep Cleansing is a kind of cream, whereas the Moisture balancing is more of the consistency of a shampoo.[/url] |

Dermalogica Special Cleansing gel is great  Rinses really well and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean but not stripped or dry
ps. My skin is normal-dry and I prefer a gel cleanser vs. a cream one |

Some of my favorite cleansers:-
Yonka Gel Nettoyant Cleansing Gel ~ smell heavenly, wonderful gel texture. 
Exuviance Purifying Cleansing Gel ~ a soap free cleanser, contains glycolic. not sure if its suitable for sensitive skin.
Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser for Face and Eyes ~ gel cream type cleanser. Remove make-up well. |

I am a die-hard fan of Shu Uemura's High Performance Balancing Cleansing Oil.
As it is an oil it's perfect for also removing traces of makeup. You lather it on without water, then rinse off - I apply it in the shower.
I have comination/oily skin but surprisingly, it cleanses leaving no traces of oilyness whatsoever, leaving my skin refreshed and non-drying. |
