Hi
I did an order from the UK on 28th Dec and have emailed them twice with no response. Has anyone else ordered from them in the last few days and had a response?
I'm quite worried as their customer service is usually excellent.

| I just ordered, too, and the "thank you" screen said they were closed for the New Year's Holiday. |
